Alone & Cold

Taking advantage of my new zoom lens, on my last trip back to the U.P., I got some close up shots of the lighthouse off of Presque Isle in Marquette. It was a bit cloudier than I’d hoped for, and a bit calmer on this day than I’d have liked, but I really like the smoothness of the ice in this shot. I was also happy to get a closer shot than the last five years where it’s always been off in the distance.
