Dandy Sunset

On the way home from shooting along the Maumee river, I wanted to try to stop and catch the sun setting on the other side of a field of dandelions. It’s amazing how fast the sun moves when you’re trying to catch it. Fortunately, the cop who was parked just down the road didn’t take an interest in me pulling over with my hazards on.

This photo is a good example of the kind I sometimes take that I have a love/hate relationship with. The ISO is way too high and the white balance is off, and I can’t pull enough from the raw file to really change it to where I’d like, but at the same time I kind of really like it. Very mixed feelings.
