Family Swim

Spring and Fall are difficult times for me for photos that are near the water… I wrestle with the right settings for the smoothness of the water and the harshness of the bare branches. I took about 20 different versions of this photo, and this was the closest I got to being happy with the results. Largely because of the scruffy brush along the shore. It’s also difficult to get everyone’s head facing the right away at the right time. For some reason geese just don’t cooperate with photo shoots. 🙂
