A good rule of thumb, if you’re a photographer or even a photography enthusiast, is to always have a camera with you. This photo was taken while visiting somewhere I hadn’t been before, and getting ready to get on board a boat to take the kids out swimming. I’d brought my camera primarily to take photos of the kids, but I happened to look over to my right and saw this old dock that was obviously a bit abandoned. For the amount of time and planning that went into this (about a minute and a half) I was pretty happy with the results. 🙂 Â
