While staying in Munising for a couple of days, I was able to get over to the trails just West of Pictured Rocks. I didn’t hike all the way in, but was able to get some shots I was happy with along the way. A lot of the time, I like landscape photos that don’t have any man-made touches to them, but one of my main exceptions is paths and fences. I really like how they can lead the eye around the image, and I think a part of me sees an empty path in the outdoors as an invitation to explore.
