River Roots

The “smooth” waterfall shots always look better to me when you have something that has a hard edge contrasting within it. In this case, the roots do that a little bit at the top left. There are very few waterfalls near Toledo, so I try to visit frequently to catch different water levels and conditions. This one is on the “blue trail” on the north side of the main road that runs through the Side Cut Park in Maumee.
