I'm always happy when I can combine silhouettes with sunsets. This was yet another shot taken at Presque Isle in Marquette, on a trip back home. I think another reason I'm drawn to it (besides having grown up visiting this spot) is that I find silhouettes of couples enjoying the sunset to be a romantic and personally expressive thing. I don't really believe in soulmates, or anything like that... but I imagine myself and the person I'm supposed to be with in these types of images. I guess I'm living vicariously. 🙂Â
