One of my favorite images that I used my old Android smartphone to make. The original picture was of my son sitting in front of his bedroom window in the early evening, playing with a laser pointer on the window. A little bit of Photoshopping made it representative (for me) of youthful wonder and curiosity, turning the laser reflection into a star out in space. The editing is fairly rough, but back at the time I took this I wasn’t really trying to go for anything artistic, it was purely having fun.

On the printed version I made for myself, I included one of my favorite quotes from Carl Sagan – “Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known.”
